ATTN WILL CALL CUSTOMERS
As a Will Call customer, you’re responsible for monitoring your propane tank level and contacting us to schedule a delivery. During peak season, it can take up to 10 business days to get a delivery into our schedule, so please plan accordingly.
Please also consider that colder weather and increased usage may affect both your fuel needs and our delivery times. Your safety is our priority, and we strive to make deliveries promptly, even in challenging conditions.
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR WILL-CALL POLICY:
If your gauge is less than 10% and a special delivery during business hours is necessary, a $75 Special Trip Charge will be payable at the time of delivery. If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $200 After Hours Charge will be assessed at the time of delivery. Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank runs out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots. As a Will Call customer, an additional $100 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas Service.

we encourage all non-Route customers to consider upgrading
their account to automatic route delivery.
