OFFICIAL RULES

Drawing Period

The Drawings begin on April 17, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and end on April 17, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time during regular business hours at the Pacer Propane Woodinville ribbon cutting event.

Eligibility

The Drawings are open only to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older and who reside within the Pacer Propane Woodinville service area at the time of entry and prize award.

For these Drawings, the Woodinville service area generally means an area within approximately 45 to 50 miles of the Woodinville location, subject to actual service accessibility as determined by Sponsor. Locations requiring ferry access are not within the service area for purposes of these Drawings. Entrants must reside within the service area in order to enter and win.

The following are not eligible to enter or win:

• employees, officers, and directors of Pacer Propane Washington;
• employees, officers, and directors of DCC Propane, LLC and DCC subsidiaries;
• vendors involved with the event or Drawings; and
• the immediate family members and household m
• embers of any of the foregoing.

Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

To enter, scan the QR code provided at the Pacer Propane Woodinville ribbon cutting event and complete and submit the official online entry form during the Drawing Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded by random drawing from among eligible entries received:

• One (1) Propane Firepit Table — Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $375
• Two (2) Pacer Propane Account Credits — $100 each

Total ARV of all prizes: $575.

The propane account credit prizes may be applied only to an eligible Pacer Propane customer account and may not be redeemed for cash.

All prizes are non-transferable. No cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners may receive only one (1) prize per person.

Winner Selection and Odds

Winners will be selected in random drawings on or before April 24, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification and Response Deadline

Potential winners will be notified by email on or before April 30, 2026, using the email address provided on the entry form.

Each potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the first email notification attempt. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Pickup

Prizes must be picked up, by arrangement with the manager, at Pacer Propane Washington, 8315 216th St SE, Woodinville, WA 98072, during regular business hours, currently Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Winners must present valid government-issued photo identification and may be required to confirm age, residency, and other eligibility requirements before a prize is released.

Use of Entry Information / Privacy

By entering, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may collect and use the information submitted on the entry form, including name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and information related to propane use or service needs, for administration of the Drawings, winner notification, customer follow-up, and marketing communications.

Sponsor may also use this information for marketing and customer outreach by Pacer Propane Washington and affiliated companies, consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: pacerpropanewashington.com/privacy-policy

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, or permission.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who submits false, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate information, tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unlawful manner.

Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawings if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the proper administration of the Drawings.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, DCC Propane, LLC, DCC subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims arising out of participation in the Drawings or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

Governing Law

These Drawings and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
