Memorial Day Weekend Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is sponsored by Pacer Propane in partnership with McDaniel’s Do It Center Snohomish (“Sponsors”).

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on May 18, 2026 and ends on May 25, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Washington who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway during the Promotion Period by completing and submitting the official online entry form available on the Pacer Propane website.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A propane cylinder refill purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Promotional Offer

Separately from the giveaway, McDaniel’s Do It Center Snohomish will offer a special Memorial Day weekend propane cylinder refill price during the Promotion Period while supplies last.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One Napoleon Griddle
• Griddle accessories package

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $600.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing after May 25, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, declines the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsors permission to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries or technical issues affecting participation.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Privacy

Information collected through the entry form may be used by Sponsors for giveaway administration and future marketing communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Void Where Prohibited

This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
